Fla. Cigarette Anti-Conduit Act; creates said act; prohibits shipment & sale of certain cigarettes; requires Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Division of DBPR to prepare list of cigarettes approved for shipment & sale; requires certain cigarette manufacturers to provide to division certain certifications; provides for bringing actions against certain manufacturers for certain violations, etc. Creates 210.81-.92.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
