Children/Relative Caregiver Program; amends provision re Relative Caregiver Program; amends provision re workforce development postsecondary student fees; exempts from payment of specified fees otherwise eligible students for whom state is paying relative caregiver payment; exempts certain children in custody of relative at time of reaching age 18 from payment of all undergraduate student fees, etc. Amends 39.5085, 239.117, 240.35, 411.01.
