Clinical Laboratory Personnel; deletes obsolete language re appointment of initial members of Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel; eliminates examination given by DBPR to determine in part qualifications for licensure; requires board to designate national certification examinations to be used for such purpose; amends provisions re approval of laboratory personnel training programs & licensure of public health laboratory scientists, to conform, etc. Amends Ch. 483.
