GENERAL BILL by Weissman

Taxation; revises provisions re venue of taxpayer actions in circuit court; provides methods by which taxpayer is entitled to establish amount of overpayment of tax on sales, use, & other transactions under certain conditions; provides for review of facts & circumstances to determine existence of reasonable cause in connection with assessment of penalty against taxpayer, etc. Amends 72.011, 212.12, 213.21, 220.03, 608.471.
