Fla. Lead Poisoning Prevention Act; creates "Florida Lead-Poisoning Prevention Act"; establishes Lead-Based-Paint Hazard-Reduction Program within DBPR; provides for adoption of rules for licensing or certification of persons performing lead-hazard detection & lead-hazard-reduction services; prohibits performance of, or training of persons to perform, any lead-based-paint activities regulated under act without appropriate licensure or certification, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
