Rural Economic Development; establishes Rural Economic Development Account within Economic Development Trust Fund for certain purposes; specifies nonreversion of moneys in account. Amends 288.095.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law if enacted by 3/5ths of membership of each house of Legislature
