GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Garcia

Off-Highway Vehicles; creates T. Mark Schmidt Off-Highway Vehicle Safety & Recreation Act; creates Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation Advisory Committee; provides for repair, maintenance, & rehabilitation of areas, trails, & lands; provides criteria for recreation areas & trails; eliminates requirement that Fish & Wildlife Conservation Comm. collect specified registration fees for deposit in State Game Trust Fund, etc. Amends Chs. 316, 375; creates Ch. 261; repeals 375.315. APPROPRIATION: $156,660.
