Issuance of Drivers' Licenses; defines term "exclusive agent county tax collector"; authorizes county tax collector to issue drivers' licenses, to issue identification cards, to issue instruction permits & temporary licenses, to perform driver's license examinations, & to issue duplicate & replacement licenses & change-of-address stickers; amends provision re license applications & expiration of licenses, etc. Amends Ch. 322.
Effective Date: 07/01/2003 except as otherwise provided
