Relief/McCarty & Deckers; provides for relief of Kathleen McCarty individually & as personal representative of Estate of Laura Bailey, deceased, & George & Joan Decker, individually & as co-personal representatives of Estate of Christina Decker; compensates them for losses sustained as result of actions of CFS Department. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: $400,000.
