SB 1802: Dissolution of Injunction/Damages

GENERAL BILL by Peaden

Dissolution of Injunction/Damages; provides that in absence of injunction bond, any damages recovered on dissolution of injunction shall be subject to waiver of sovereign immunity limits as described in specified provision. Amends 60.07.
