Law Enforcement; amends provision re sale & delivery of firearms & delays date of repeal; revises powers & duties of Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission recertification of training schools & instructors; allows employee physicals to be performed by physician assistants; eliminates requirement that FDLE provide remediation programs for officers who cannot comply with continuing education requirements because of learning disabilities, etc. Amends FS.
