SB 234: Florida Commission on Hurricane Loss

GENERAL BILL by Geller

Florida Commission on Hurricane Loss; limits authority of insurers to use findings of Florida Commission on Hurricane Loss Projection Methodology in rate filing under specified provision; provides that such findings are not admissible & relevant in consideration by DOI of rate filing unless dept. has access to all factors & assumptions used in developing standards or models found by commission to be reliable or accurate, etc. Amends 627.0628; repeals 627.062(6).
