Trailer Estates Park District; (Manatee Co.) codifies, reenacts, amends, & repeals special acts re Trailer Estates Park & Recreation District; provides for administration of affairs of said district by board of nine trustees & defines their powers & duties; provides for assessment & collection of recreation district tax assessed against each improved residential parcel of real property within district; establishes fiscal year, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
