Health Care Practitioners; repeals provisions which provide for application of exemptions from public records & meeting requirements for certain information re disciplinary proceedings & to treatment programs for impaired practitioners, & for related probable cause panel proceedings, when practitioner is provisional licensee or intern, etc. Repeals 490.00515, 491.0047; amends 456.001.
