Equal Pay Commission Act; creates said act; provides for Secretary of Labor & Employment Security to appoint Equal Pay Commission; provides membership criteria; requires commission to conduct study; specifies subject of study; prohibits commission members from receiving compensation; authorizes payment of per diem & travel expenses for commission members; requires LES Dept. to provide staff & administrative support for commission; provides for expiration. APPROPRIATION: $175,000.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
