GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Kyle ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Harrington

Transportation/Public-Private; provides for public-private transportation facilities; eliminates requirement that Legislature approve such facilities; provides for selection process; authorizes DOT to create certain corporations; repeals provision re private entity proposals for transportation projects; provides for creation of certain tax-exempt, public-purpose corporations, etc. Amends 334.30, 348.0004; repeals 348.0004(2)(m).
