Real Estate Professionals; requires educational courses that are prerequisites to licensure as broker, broker-salesperson, or salesperson or maintenance or renewal of such licensure to be made available by means of distance learning; amends provision re real estate appraisers to require distance learning to be made available for continuing education courses, etc. Amends 475.17,.182,.451,.618; reenacts 475.05.
