Pretrial Detention/Terrorism; redefines term "dangerous crime" for purposes of provisions governing pretrial detention to include certain acts involving terrorism; prohibits court from releasing defendant before trial without bond if defendant is charged with act of terrorism, making terroristic threats, or obstructing prosecution of terrorism; provides certain exceptions, etc. Amends 907.041; reenacts 790.065(2)(c), 943.0585,.059.
