Career Criminals; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S90,554) exempts registered career criminal from requirement to register as convicted felon; creates Florida Career Criminal Registration Act; requires criminal who is classified as career criminal & who is released on or after specified date to register with FDLE; provides exception for offender who registers as sexual predator or sexual offender, etc. Amends Ch. 775; creates 944.608,.609.
