Persons With Disabilities; directs Florida Association of Centers for Independent Living to develop personal care attendant pilot program to serve persons with spinal cord injuries; provides eligibility for pilot program participation; provides for assessment of participants for work-related training programs; provides for development of plan for program implementation; directs DOR to develop & implement tax collection enforcement diversion program, etc. Creates 413.402. APPROPRIATION: $250,000.
