GENERAL BILL by Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Harrell ; Melvin ; McGriff

Anesthesiologist Assistants; requires Medicine & Osteopathic Boards to require medical malpractice insurance or proof of financial responsibility as condition of licensure or licensure renewal for licensed anesthesiologist assistants; revises grounds for which physician may be disciplined for failing to provide adequate supervision; provides performance standards for anesthesiologist assistants & supervising anesthesiologists, etc. Amends Chs. 458, 459, 456.048.
