Firefighter & Police Pensions; provides extended time period for recognition of supplemental firefighter plans & police pension plans; prescribes guidelines for selecting trustees for closed plans of specified size; provides for termination of plans after distribution of final benefit payments; provides extended time period for recognition of certain municipal supplemental pension plans. Amends 175.032,.061,.371,.351, 185.02,.05,.38,.35.
