GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Dyer ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Futch

Use of "Chamber of Commerce" Term; prohibits certain business entities from using term chamber of commerce under certain circumstances; provides exemptions for certain entities in existence on or before October 1, 1992; provides penalty; limits application of requirements; authorizes chambers of commerce to sue certain business entities to enjoin use of such term. Creates 501.97.
