Continuing Care Retirement Community; authorizes DOI to accept certain documents & info re continuing care contracts electronically or by facsimile; revises minimum liquid reserve requirements for continuing care providers; provides funding limitation on sheltered beds used to provide extended congregate care in continuing care facility; exempts continuing care facility residents from certain calculations re moratoriums, etc. Amends 651.015,.033,.035,.118.
