GENERAL BILL by Council for Healthy Communities ; Crow
Criminal Offenses/Health Care Prac.; authorizes representative of DOH to appear in criminal proceeding against health care professional to furnish information, make recommendations, or provide other assistance; prohibits practitioner from knowingly assisting person in obtaining such substance through fraud or scheme, knowingly prescribing such substance for fictitious person, etc. Amends 893.13, 921.0022,.187; creates 456.075.
