GENERAL BILL by Council for Competitive Commerce ; Farkas ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dick ; Lynn ; Harper ; Holloway ; Sorensen

Health Care; authorizes carriers to separate certain experience groups for certain purposes; provides limitations for rates under alternative modified community rating under certain circumstances; requires Insurance Commissioner to appoint health benefit plan committee to modify standard, basic, & flexible health benefit plans; includes coverage for diabetes treatment in certain plans, policies, & contracts, etc. Amends 627.6699.
