JOINT RESOLUTION by Ethics and Elections ; Smith ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Posey ; Sebesta ; Campbell

Constitution/Amendments/Initiatives; constitutional amendment to allow legislation to be proposed by initiative, prescribe standards for such proposals, & require that Legislature adopt procedures governing such initiatives & to increase number of votes required to approve constitutional amendment or revision & require that ballot statement of proposed constitutional amendment include statement of amendment's economic impact. Creates s. 20, Art. III; amends s. 5, Art. XI.
