JOINT RESOLUTION by Latvala

Tax Exemption/Municipal/Spec. Dist.; constitutional amendment to provide that municipal or special-district property used for governmental or municipal purposes is exempt from taxation; removes requirement that municipal property be used exclusively for municipal or public purposes to be exempt from taxation; authorizes Legislature to enact general laws to exempt from taxation municipal or special-district property used for specified purposes. Amends s. 3, Art. VII.
