SB 1356: Local Government Financing

GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning

Local Government Financing; removes definition of term "construction work in progress" & defines term "substantially completed" for purposes of provisions governing imposition of ad valorem taxes; removes provisions specifying that improvements or portions thereof not substantially completed on January 1 have no value; amends provisions re homestead assessments & assessments for living quarters of parents or grandparents, etc. Amends Chs. 192, 193, 206, 212.
