GENERAL BILL by Bowen ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Spratt
Agriculture & Consumer Services; revises definition of "qualifier" for purposes of Sale of Liquefied Petroleum Gas law re sale of said gas; provides for licensure of category V liquefied petroleum gases dealers for industrial uses only; revises provisions re applications, renewal applications, registration, & registration fees re motor vehicle repair shops; revises registration requirements for moving services, etc. Amends Chs. 527, 559, 507, 501.143.
