GENERAL BILL by Troutman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rivera

Driving & Boating/Influence of Drugs; provides that persons driving with specified amounts of certain substances in their blood or urine are guilty of offense of driving under influence & guilty of offense of boating under influence; reenacts various provisions incorporating amendment to certain provisions in references thereto. Amends 316.193, 327.35; reenacts various FS.
