GENERAL BILL by Homan ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Murzin ; Reagan ; Roberson, Y ; Sansom ; Troutman

Internet Pharmacy; provides for disciplinary action for dispensing medicinal drug when pharmacist knows or has reason to believe prescription is not valid; provides definition for "Internet pharmacy" & requires such pharmacies to be licensed under Pharmacy law; prohibits distribution of medicinal drugs by Internet pharmacy without license; provides penalties, etc. Amends 465.016,.003, 895.02; creates 465.0161.
