GENERAL BILL by Llorente ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rivera ; Troutman ; Zapata

Health Care Practitioners/Complaints; provides that state prisoner must exhaust all available administrative remedies before filing complaint with Health Department against health care practitioner who is providing health care services within DOC; provides that Health Dept. may determine legal sufficiency & discipline after determination that complaint indicates that practitioner may present serious threat to health & safety of non-prisoner, etc. Amends 456.073.
