Consumer Protection; prohibits use of deception to obtain certain personal information for commercial solicitation purposes; prohibits sale or disclosure of personal customer information by persons in bankruptcy; provides exception to civil penalty; prohibits falsely representing oneself as being affiliated with law enforcement or firefighting agency or public utility; changes obsolete dates, etc. Creates 501.165,.166,.2076; amends 501.2075,.23,.24.
