PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Education ; Clary
Public Records Exemptions; creates exemption from public records & meetings requirements for certain information held by Fla. Institute of Human & Machine Cognition; creates exemption from said requirements for specified materials, actual & potential trade secrets, information identifying donors to the institute; creates exemption for credit scoring methodologies & related data & info. that are trade secrets filed with Insurance Regulation Office, etc. Amends 627.9742.
