School Personnel/Fingerprinting; requires certain personnel in alternative school that operates under contract with district school system to file set of fingerprints; requires both instructional & noninstructional personnel of charter schools to file fingerprints with school board of district within which charter school is located; provides duties of FDLE re retention & search of fingerprint records submitted on behalf of school employees & contractors, etc. Amends Ch. 1012.
