CS/SB 2020: Health Flex Plans
GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Peaden ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Haridopolos
Health Flex Plans; revises definition of term "health flex plans"; authorizes plans to limit term of coverage; extends required period without coverage before one is eligible to participate; extends expiration date for program; postpones effective date of changes to standards for eligibility for certain optional medical assistance, including coverage under medically needy program; provides for retroactive application. Amends 408.909, 409.904. APPROPRIATION: $22,498,288.
