Indigent Care & Trauma Center Tax; revives, reenacts, & amends indigent care & trauma center discretionary sales surtax; requires clerk of circuit court to conduct biennial audit; provides for delivery of audit to specified governmental entities; deletes future expiration provision. Amends 212.055.
