JOINT RESOLUTION by Cowin
Class Size/Grades K-3/Salaries; constitutional amendment to postpone implementation of maximum class sizes in kindergarten through grade 3, to delete requirements for maximum class sizes in grades 4-12, to require that public school teachers in kindergarten through grade 12 who meet performance standards receive salaries equal to national average salaries for comparable teachers, to require counties to levy local-option sales tax to pay those salaries, etc. Amends s. 1, Art. IX.
