GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Lawson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Miller

Per Diem & Travel Expenses; establishes per diem & subsistence ranges for travel expenses of public employees; conforms provisions & deletes obsolete provisions; specifies agency head responsibilities to establish state traveler rates; provides for future adjustments of such rates; provides that counties, county officers, & district school boards may increase specified rates. Amends 112.061.
