Forfeited Property Sale/Proceeds; authorizes board of county commissioners or governing body of municipality to use proceeds from sale of forfeited property for drug court programs; provides requirements for expending such funds; requires that drug court programs be included in those programs that receive funds acquired under Fla. Contraband Forfeiture Act. Amends 932.7055.
