Homeowners' Associations; provides that recorded notice to preserve claim of right or covenant or restriction, or part thereof, may be filed by homeowners' association upon approval by two-thirds of that association's board of directors; provides that content requirements of recorded notice to preserve claim of right may be satisfied by homeowners' association's affidavit affirming delivery of statement to its members, etc. 712.05,.06, 720.303,.306.
