GENERAL BILL by Berfield ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Antone ; Benson ; Fiorentino ; Greenstein ; Sobel ; Spratt

Dentistry; requires Council on Dental Hygiene to meet at least twice year; provides for consideration by Board of Dentistry of rule & policy recommendations of council; creates Board of Dentistry Empowerment Act; requires board to establish certain performance parameters for departmental handling of disciplinary cases & consequences; allows certain dental students to take exams required to practice dentistry, etc. Amends Chs. 466, 381.
