GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Dockery
Environmental & Conservation Lands; revises requirements for appraisals when acquiring state lands; provides conditions under which state-owned lands may be considered nonconservation lands; revises requirements for sale of surplus lands; amends "Everglades Forever Act"; revises goals & mandates re timing of implementing certain goals; places time limits on certain provisions unless reauthorized by Legislature, etc. Amends FS.
