CS/SB 1250: Employee Benefits

GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Pruitt

Employee Benefits; amends provisions re state employees' prescription drug program; removes expiration date applicable to provisions governing procedures for determining level of premiums necessary to fund state group health insurance program; clarifies that provision requiring certain insurers to obtain certificate of authority does not apply to said insurance program; amends provision re state group insurance program, etc. Amends Ch. 110, 624.437, 121.081.
