Hospice Facilities/Fla. Bldg. Code; includes hospice facilities in Florida Building Code; deletes provisions requiring Elderly Affairs Dept. to adopt physical plant standards for hospice facilities; redefines term "hospice"; requires construction standards for hospice facilities to comply with said code; requires AHCA to provide technical assistance to Fla. Building Commission to update said code for hospice facilities. Amends 553.73, 400.601,.605; creates 400.6055.
