North Lauderdale Water Control Dist.; (Broward Co.) amends, reenacts, repeals, & codifies certain special acts re North Lauderdale Water Control District; revises district boundaries; revises powers of district, to provide that district may borrow money at rate not exceeding that which is provided by law; provides that interest rate on bonds issued by board not exceed maximum rate allowed by law; provides for use of non-ad valorem assessments, etc.
