GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Wilson

HIV/AIDS Prevention; increases number of HIV & AIDS minority coordinators within DOH; requires department to expand its HIV/AIDS prevention efforts in Florida's minority communities & establish linkage programs for HIV-positive inmates prior to their release from jail; deletes obsolete provisions. Amends 381.0046.
