SB 1662: Child Pornography/Reporting

GENERAL BILL by Cowin

Child Pornography/Reporting; provides that person is immune from civil & criminal liability for reporting child pornography to CFS Dept. or to law enforcement agency; provides that any person suspected of being involved in production, distribution, or possession of child pornography may not be granted immunity from liability; provides that person is immune from criminal liability for reporting child pornography to law enforcement officer. Amends 39.203, 847.0139.
