State Constitution/Amendments; constitutional amendment to require submissions of constitutional amendments proposed by Legislature to Attorney General at least 7 days prior to final vote by Legislature; requires review by Supreme Court of lower court decisions declaring legislatively proposed constitutional amendment to be unconstitutional; authorizes public to convene constitutional convention on specific amendments to Constitution, etc. Amends ss. 1-7, Art. XI.
